ONLY THING WRONG WAS A SMALL GREASE SPOT ON THE DRIVERS DOOR PANEL.OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD AS USUAL.

Wonderful, friendly people. The free tire rotation and break inspection are the other reason I keep coming back.My one small problem, the amount of time before I get my car back, but understandable as busy as they are. (And busy is a sign of happy customers/good business, so I can't really complain.) The courtesy vehicle and driver are always top notch and the driver is always friendly and good company to have. ^_^ It's just difficult to be about a half hour drive from home and have to wait so long to get my car back and go home. There is a mechanic in Scio... but I won't even get into the bad history with that .. ahem... I won't use the words here I associate with the Scio mechanic... none of those words are polite. Lets just say I'm very glad the Scio mechanic isn't a surgeon. >.>I'm very pleased with how Crabtree automotive always does quality work, and how likeable all the staff members are (and my hubby heartily agrees.) ^_^

They are the best in every way. So professional and super efficient.

Courteous, friendly and thorough. My car overheated late in the afternoon. I was able to make it to Crabtree and they quickly determined the problem and were able to take care of my problem timely. They keep record of anything done to my vehicle so it's easy to determine any future maintenance. They're the best !

The Service I received was excellent and I would recommend Crabtree to anyone needing auto repair. It was nice not having to worry about how i was going to get to work and back also....I felt like I got personal service

"Great help when the engine light came on" I brought my car in because the engine light was on. After checking it out, they couldn't find the problem. I was charged a minimal amount for their time, and will come back when the light comes on again. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very nice. We will be back. Steve and Barbara Shaw
