"First Appointment with Crabtree" I normally dont like dealing with auto repair shops because they talk around me. Crabtree was amazingly helpful and they made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. Everyone was so pleasant and honest. I will be a customer for years to come. Thank you!

We bought a used car from a family member. They had a continuing problem with the vehicle that they could never fix. When the problem occurred again after WE bought it, we took it to Crabtree Automotive and they were extremely professional - identified the problem, did the repair with original parts and guaranteed their work. The entire repair was done at a cost LESS than I was quoted by other servicers for the price of the part alone! Crabtree Automotive - you have MY business

"Efficiency" The afternoon shuttle driver could stand a bit more familiarity with her driving area ... or a GPS. Although I'm told she is new on the job, so I'll cut her some slack. Overall, the employees seem to be sharp, polite efficient and trustworthy. Thus, a 5 star rating.
