"They listen to me!" My concerns are always treated with respect and I am always comfortable that the job has been done properly.

"Good work" Did the job, things look great. We need (both of us) a bit better communication about what has been done, or will be done.

"Transmision Replaced" Our Astro Van's Tranny was going out. After many I have friend who can....I was recommended by our neighbor to give Crabtree a call. So, I did...talk about professional....they were the only place to run VIN numbers to confirm exact transmission, the only place to give me 3 differnt options and after I chose a option I received a phone call back saying they could save 100 dollars and I would have a better warranty! Wow! Thanks Crabtree!
