"FREE CHECK UP" I REALLY APPRECIATED THE FREE CHECK UPS ON MY CARS ON APRIL 11TH. IT GAVE ME THE INSITE TO KNOW WHAT IS UPCOMING AND TO PLAN A BUDGET TO KEEP MY OLD CARS RUNNING. I FEEL THEY ARE WORTH THE UPKEEP OVER BUYING NEW.

"CONVENIENT" I HAVE HAD GOOD WORK DONE, EXCEPT FOR ONE THING THAT WAS A BIT ANNOYING. AFTER HAVING MY CAR WORKED ON A FEW DAYS LATER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND I STOPPED IN REALLY QUICK TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT AND IT WAS SOMETHING ABOUT SMOG. WELL, OK, BUT THEN I WAS CHARGED $45 WHICH I WAS VERY STARTLED TO HEAR! I WENT IN BECAUSE I HAD HAD SOME MAJOR WORK DONE ON THE CAR AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING HADN'T GONE WRONG. I WILL BE MORE CAREFUL AND ASK UP FRONT WHAT CHARGES WILL BE FROM NOW ON.

"Honest folk" The folks at Crabtree understand my lack of knowledge and yet I do not feel like they take advantage of me because of that.

"Always a great experience" Went to get the oil changed on my van and walked out a totally satisfied and happy person! Also met two of the best dogs in the world!

"Good service" Nice people and good service.

"Highly Recommend" Helpful, friendly staff. They don't BS anything, they tell you the truth. And they'er well known around town.

"Excellent Shop" All of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and recommended options that would save me future repairs in the future. Excellent communication regarding costs, diagnosis and repair time and progress.
