Albertha said she had to give her information to this business all over again because there was someone new at the desk.

Dublin said this business has always been quick and efficient. His vehicle never falls apart after they fix it. He said on his most recent service visit they checked out a problem he was having and they never charged him for checking it out.

"It's Us Again" We had our vehickle in for a chek prior to leaving on an extended trip and thought we had it covered. But, a few days later we thought of another system we would like checked and were quickly able to make an appointment and get on the road with a sense of reassurance. We so much appreciate that personal kind of service and the quality of any work that we've had done.

"Confused but happy" I love coming to Crabtree for my van's maintenance because I always get great service and the people there are wonderful to work with. This last time however, I got a very confusing message on my dashboard when I got it back from having its oil changed. It keeps saying "Change Engine Oil" for about 30 secs to 1 min and then it goes off. I have to wonder what is causing it to happen as it didn't do this before the oil was changed. Other than that, I will always come back!

"Honesty Is Key" From the day I first went to Crabtree Auto, to ask questions to see if I would use them for my vehicle services, I sensed an aura of honesty. I also felt, from day one, that I was part of a family. I have never felt this way, or been treated like this from any other vehicle service center I have used.
