After several attempts at diagnosis, the guys at Crabtree Automotive figured out that the replacement ball joints in my 1989 Ford f250 were not the right ones. Thanks so much for your tenacity! I can finally drive my truck without a death grip on my steering wheel!! YOU FOLKS ARE THE BEST!!🤩

My experience at Crabtree Automotive was great! They were very professional, and took very good care of my truck. The final bill was less than the estimate, and the repairs were completed on time.

Before I post, I like to think it over. 10/10 for Crabtree. They gave me excellent service. Honest about prices. Asked permission before working on a problem and gave photos of other upcoming issues like uneven tire ware. They also kept my children entertained while waiting for an oil change. They certainly have my business and I will always go back. Plus they have an awesome air freshener ;)

Had my vehicle serviced today. I thought the customer service was excellent and they didn't try and get me for anything else. I will definitely be going back.

I lost my mechanic and needed a new one. Called Crabtree to see if they work on older cars and they do. Good prices and well explained services needed.
