I made a new customer appt for an oil change and routine maintenance. The routine maintenance wasn't needed yet but the techs could have replaced the items anyway and charged me parts and labor for unnecessary repairs. It's comforting to know that the shop is honest. We'll be back :)

As usual, Matt and Justin greeted us with a smile, calling us by name like we're best friends. Justin, the tech, even came out & visited a bit. We were able use a coupon that had expired 2 days earlier. Matt said "We'll make it work", and he did. We were given a loaner car to use because I had another appt to get to. Our car was finished when promised and the total was right at the estimated amount. They are honest and do great work. The personal touch is very important to us, and they definitely have that! Thanks guys for all you do!
