I was looking for a repair place that was high quality in repair and service but possibly not as expensive as a dealer's repair shop. I was happy to find Crabtree, after just moving to Albany. It started off with a diagnosis that led to a repair, but after the check engine light came back on. After another diagnosis there was another related problem found that would result in another repair, the cost of which I was unable to make at the time. Because the shop wanted my FUTURE business they decided to do the repair anyway, for free, in hopes of both solving the problem and keeping me as a customer, and me not being dissatisfied with my experience!!! This gesture by this company told me what I needed to know about them, which is that service can be done any where, but high quality customer service and integrity is a lost art that they continue here. I would definitely recommend Crabtree
