How the company cares about you as a person first and is extremely motivated in helping you grow in all aspects of life. By helping you achieve personal and work related goals. Our work environment is great, our camaraderie is great, what is not to like. Especially the Friday team lunches.

4. What is your dream car and why?

A lavender purple OBS Crew Cab with nice seats and all the new technology installed minus self driving features. Low miles, black super swing locks, powder coated steps, lavender OBS emblem. Why?... Why not!

5. During your free time, what is your favorite activity?

Golfing, photography, traveling, pickleball, looking up jokes for work.

6. Who is your biggest inspiration and why?

Someone who is themselves, who are real and kind to others. Someone who is consistently setting new goals to make them the best version of themselves. That is extremely motivating to me to make me feel like I can pursue that for myself as well.
