"Great job." As always the workmanship is terrific, as I have come to expect. Plus the personal attention of the staff is completely awesome. It is a small town feeling, with an uptown class act.

Great! We'd driven over from Newport on a hot day and the front brakes partially seized making it impossible to safely go more that short distances. We tried Les Schwab and the Ford dealers in Albany and Corvallis - none could get us in. Crabtree worked us into their schedule, replaced the calipers, rotors and brake pads in the 1-1/2 hours before shop closing and got us safely on our way. The folks went out of their way to be friendly helpful to us and to the other customers we saw as we waited. They even loaned us a car so we could finish our errands and recommend Pizz'amore for Calzones to take home for dinner. Under the circumstances a great experience all the way around.
