I am very happy with the service me and the family always receives. The staff is always prompt and courteous. Always kept informed on the progress of repairs and we are treated very fairly with repair costs and maintenance.

From the beginning they were very kind, polite, and understanding. I was stressing out about the health of my vehicle and they came up with a step by step plan to save me money, and they even gave me a ride home and back

everything was done in a timely manner and done well.

The workers at Crabtree Auto went above and beyond to help us out when our truck broke down 2 days prior to our needing it for and extended trip. They took it in and got it fixed so we could get on the road on schedule. They are great to work with, very courteous and work hard to help the customer.
