This place is great. My car crapped out on me and they explained to me exactly what was wrong in a way that made it easy to understand for someone who doesn't know much about cars. They told me told me all of the things that might pop up during the repair and the cost of each item. They wound up getting me back on the road for a pretty decent amount less than what it could have cost and were super nice and informative to boot!

Always personal and professional. They perform great work!! I even told a repair man what fantastic work that do.

To say the service we got was outstand

We had the best service at Crabtree Automotive! We took our van in with an engine light on. They quickly diagnosed the problem and Justin called us to discuss fixing our van. They had to order a part but had it done in a couple of days. I can’t say enough about how courteous Justin is and the customer service is stellar. We also were able to use a coupon and we received an Amazon gift card as well for a customer promotion. That was a nice surprise! We haven’t had any more problems with our van and will definitely be return customers. We highly recommend Crabtree Automotive!
