Too add I was a couple HUNDRED miles from hoome

I was stranded a couple of miles out of town. Once my pickup was towed to their shop they said they would do everything they could to get me back on the road. By the next day it was fixed and I was on my way. Everyone was so friendly and kind. My friends who recently moved to Albany were impressed and Crabtree may have a new customer if needed. Thank you so much for the great service.

Another fantastic, over the top, experience with Crabtree!! These guys are all about customer service! While my vehicle was being serviced they gave me a ride to and from another business so I could run an errand while I was waiting. Then when they were done, they gave me a copy of recommended repairs/services I needed for my vehicle. No pressure from these guys about getting the repairs they recommended! It's nice to see a business that is so confident that you will be back when you have the money for the repairs...And I will be back!!

Top notch customer service; friendly and staff - very courteous and competent. I appreciate that they drove me back home while the vehicle was being serviced and then retrieved me when the service was finished. I received a call advising me that some additional work was recommended and provided me a firm price so that I could determine if I wanted the work done. Crabtree is a classy operation...others could benefit from their business model.
