I've never received better auto repair service than with Crabtree Auto Repair today. They replaced two windshield wipers and windshield arms for free and I didn't have to wait at all! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they fixed the issue quickly and at no cost. I would highly recommend Crabtree auto repair, and will be giving them all my service in the future.

Associates here listened well, were not pushy, and were very knowledgeable and found the problems right away.

They were able to identify the cause of the issue right away, whereas the dealership did not. Everyone was courteous and prompt. All communication was very clear and also written.

Brought in a 2010 Ford Taurus for oil change, transmission fluid change, noises in front end and badly needed general inspection. Exceptional service from start to finish. First they asked many questions about what concerned us about with the car's performance and noises. Matt called with the diagnosis later that day and, as requested, sent it in an email. After reviewing, we called with items to be repaired. Was given an estimate of when it would be ready. They called when it was ready, which was earlier than estimated. Upon pickup, Matt showed us the parts they removed and what was wrong with those. They provided a warranty for the repairs completed as well as a "goody" bag AND the car was washed! I also observed that each customer was treated well whether they were getting an oil change or major service. They also will pick up and shuttle you if needed.

Very friendly. Explain what is needed done for my car. The work is always done on time. Have been a customer for over 25 years. Would not go anywhere else.

As always, they did a great job. They even came to my home and picked up my truck and brought it back when they were done when I had to go out of town unexpectedly. Amazing customer service!!
