"first timer" First impressions / First experiences are important-- All firsts with Crabtree Mechanical were a 5-star rating. Friendly, honestly, understand that we all appreciate a "a penny saved is a penny earned" without compromising quality or customer service.

"In writing" I like to get the checklist. It is helpful to know what else is found. Then to be informed if I can wait to fix it, or need to do it now.

"Personalized service" Crabtree always keeps my car running without charging an arm and a leg.

Spoke with Robert's wife. She said she brought this vehicle in for service. She stated the employees who work for this business are nice people.

Ed said he is 76 years old and he has been to a lot of automobile service establishments through the years. He said Crabtree Automotive Repair is tops. They provide good service. The representatives are friendly people who answer all of his questions.

Aubrey said this business has wonderful service, were nice and quick with the repairs.

Tim said everything was done to his satisfaction and the people are friendly.
