Excellent service, all around, from they way you are treated on the phone, to walking in the door, to getting a ride back to work. Everyone is friendly (do they have bad days at Crabtree?), and exceptional value. They aren't the least expensive in town, but I feel I get my dollar's worth.

My Ram 1500 stalled on the freeway on a 2400 mile trip to Texas. Had it towed to Crabtree and within a couple hours they called with the diagnosis. Two days to get Ram parts, drop the transmission and have it running again. The staff is very helpful and shuttled us and our dog to a motel. Very professional staff kept me informed of their progress. Highly recommend them if need repairs in Albany area.

Quick and fantastic service. Even when giving bad news they are professional and caring. Have come here several times and even after moving to Corvallis am still going to use them as my primary mechanic.

They refused to use the transmission that Could be delivered directly to them that I purchased from a supplier that they use. I never would even have the part in my possession. They refuse to do this because they can no longer mark up the part! I am with out words on how I feel about businesses that try to gouge financially like this. Where else in the bill will they price gouge me? They may do great work but I’m not willing to find out.

I appreciate your review. We are always looking to do better. Unfortunately we do not install customer supplied parts because we would not be able to back the repair with our 3 year/36,000 mile nationwide parts and labor warranty. I understand your concern with price but we have found in the past that it is often more expensive for the customer if a problem arises due to the fact that the repair would not come with a parts warranty.

Dropped my truck off for some small repairs. I had seen all of the work they do on OBS trucks all over Instagram and Facebook. I asked for a quote on the mirror conversions along with getting the repairs done. After 4 days they called me saying my truck was ready to be picked up. No work was done in the 4 days that I had no vehicle. Very upsetting for a company with so many positive reviews.

I appreciate your review. Upon reviewing your situation your tires were to unsafe for us to safely test drive your truck. You informed us you had other tires lined up and return the vehicle with safe tires. Since that did not happen it sat here until you came to pick it up. Therefore we did not charge you anything since we were unable to perform a proper test drive or diagnostics for your listed concerns. If ever you get safe tires on your vehicle we would be more than happy to help you with your concerns.

After having dealt with 3 months worth of hassle and going to two different shops thanks to my car problems, these guys were a breath of fresh air. They took care of what of needed doing in two days' time that took other people around over 3 months. I'm immensely grateful for their work
