Once my part was finally ordered, and I had to follow up after it came in to schedule an appointment, the part was installed within an hour's time and I was on the road.

Matt at Crabtree was patient and courteous the best intake guy in the business. Crabtree has the best automotive mechanics in Oregon, they are fair priced and the workmanship is superb. They let you know what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. they also don't push or try to up sell you Honest mechanics what a concept!!! and Crabtree has that concept down to a science. This is the only place I will take my vehicles to. if you are looking to get work done on your car or truck which is what I have take it to Crabtree better than any dealership and faster too.
