Really a fine repair shop. I needed to find a local mechanic for my old benz and Crabtree is the best. Fair, honest and straight.....everything that the benz dealer in Salem can not provide.

Seemed a little high for parts and labor, but the staff was excellent in helping me out. Work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Great place, no pressure and did not try to sell me things I did not need.. I will be returning for any further work.

I used the new customer oil change coupon. Crabtree gave complete service including a ride to work. I asked for an estimate for other repairs for my 11 year old car with 230,000 miles. There information was complete. It is time for a new car. I plan to let them inspect the car(s) I consider.
