The staff are all very professional and knowledgeable. I took my car in for an oil change. It was making a strange noise so Justin, the mechanic, took it for a test drive with me to listen to the noise. After hearing the noise and doing some diagnostic testing he figured out what it was. They called me with an estimate then fixed it. I had been given a loaner car and was told I could keep it until mine was finished.From what I have seen Matt, Justin and Justin treat all of their customers with the utmost respect and have always treated me not like a customer, but like a friend, and I've only been going there for about a year!

Excellent work. I appreciate their service. My truck is back on the road and is ready for a long road trip. I feel safe.

took my car into Crabtree for the first time last week to fix an ongoing problem and get an alignment done. they went ahead and did a full overall look at my car, instead of just doing work i asked for, and called to inform me what they found and let me decide what i wanted done at the time and cost. also when i picked up my car they gave me a list of the other stuff that needed to be done in the future along with the cost of each service so i could look it over and decide when i wanted the work done. very pleased with overall service and will be bringing my car back as well as my other car in the future

Justin is always friendly and very clear/open about what's happening or needs to happen with my cars. The courtesy ride home = excellent.
