"Treat customers with courtesy and respect; always stand behind their work" I didn't give you a 5 this time as I felt the service was rushed. One of the services that was to be included in the FREE check up wasn't done because a hoist needed to be used and there wasn't time. Yet, I had planned to leave the vehicle all day if needed. It appeared that the business was over-booked that day?

"Friendly staff" I had a door handle that needed replaced. I dropped my truck off, and they not only gave me a ride home, but when the job was done they came and got me and took me back to get it. Not many places will do that so I've heard.
