They did not listen to me when I arrived for my service, they did not spend enough time with my car or utilize my service records in their diagnosis which all led to a quote for more than $2,000 worth of work they are speaking of when they mention use of the coupon at a future time. Since the time of my service they have also repeatedly made me feel less and less valued as a customer with the way they handled my dissatisfaction and google review.
Ashley, We apologize we messed up on forgetting to top off your washer fluid. As far as the diagnosis we charged you our standard powertrain diagnositic rate of $194.89. The $50 coupon you told us you were going to use for further scheduled services and then canceled those services. We would have loved to have been able to make it right but we called many times with no response. Fortunately, we were able to get ahold of your parents and were able to make it right with them by sending them the $50 check.
