Brought in my Toyota for what I told them was a bearing noise. They charged me for diagnostic on something I didn’t ask for. They insisted it was a belt. I allowed them to try the belt swap and the noise got worse. After talking to will and Kat only a fraction of the money was refunded I would never recommend this company.
