Friendly service. Answer before the phone rings once. Quick to get me estimate and had shuttle to drop me off while they fixed my problem. Estimate seemed about fair from what I saw in comparison and its professional shop and not some guys garage you heard about from a bud. Excellent service people at front desk

Excellent customer service. In need of brake replacement and shared the challenge of dropping the vehicle off. Not a problem, a vehicle was waiting for me at drop off. Communication was clear regarding cost and time. I have renewed hope that customer service exists in 2023! Thank you.

Miss diagnosed a faulty part cost me $1500 later had to fix it myself...

Hey John, We are sorry that your truck has still been giving you trouble. Issues like these are difficult to deal with. When the truck was towed in to us we diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump. Once replaced we tested and drove the truck without issue. We understand you found the fuel pump relay to now be faulty. It’s unfortunate that happened. At the time of the pump replacement that relay was not faulty as it would not have ran even with a new fuel pump if the relay had been bad, also we did specifically test the relay for power at the fuel pump connector since that would have saved you money and our busy technicians time. We hope that we can help you in the future.

STICKER SHOCK: Three years in a row i have taken my truck in for AC problems. The first year they said that if it fails again the will warranty the work. I took it back the next year as it was not working. After they inspected it they said that someone had tampered with the line and asked if i had work done under the hood, I told them yes. They did not honor there warranty but fixed it and i payed full cost no complaints. This year AC not working again and called them thinking that surely they would honor the warranty since I know for sure nobody has done any work under the hood. I was surprised to find out that the cost to fix it was going to be a thousand dollars due to the fact that it was an evaporator core that was leaking and needed to be replaced. Cost of core 250.00. I asked them to honor the warranty they said no. I asked them to cover just the labor due to the fact that this is the third time I've been there for the same problem they said no. Can I get a break at all? They said that they did not charge me for the inspection that cost over 100.00. We went threw the invoice - can you remove the AC service for 179.95 answer was no. Can you remove the labor for 377.90? They said our guys got to eat, No. can you remove the R134A coolant for 33.99 No. Can you at least pay for the part replacement for 250.25 No. How about the shop supplies for 69.73 what about that? No we have to dispose of your old coolant. I will say that they were friendly and cheerful, but hey, why wouldn't they be after seeing me role in there for the third time. Another payday for them and at least there guys are not going to starve. Very disappointed that they were not willing to give me a bit better break on total cost after all the hassle I have gone to getting it fixed in there shop. To be fair they did remind me on my way out, that parts do wear out on older trucks like mine. Total cost? 914.82 and the time it took to write this review.

They didn’t even add washer fluid to my vehicle as part of the oil change service like a quick lube would have and they performed an overpriced inaccurate diagnostic for $235 dollars then wouldn’t honor the coupon I received in my mailbox for 50$ off $200 spent. I’m not impressed and will not be returning for the work they quoted me.

We apologize we messed up on forgetting to top off your washer fluid. As far as the diagnosis we charged you our standard powertrain diagnositic rate of $194.89. The $50 coupon you told us you were going to use for further scheduled services and then canceled those services. We would have loved to have been able to make it right but we called many times with no response. Fortunately, we were able to get ahold of your parents who own the car and was able to make it right with them by sending them the $50 check. If there is anything else we can do for you please don't hesitate to give us a call.

They did not listen to me when I arrived for my service, they did not spend enough time with my car or utilize my service records in their diagnosis which all led to a quote for more than $2,000 worth of work they are speaking of when they mention use of the coupon at a future time. Since the time of my service they have also repeatedly made me feel less and less valued as a customer with the way they handled my dissatisfaction and google review.
