As car-repair places go, they seem exceptionally well-organized. Part of it is the sizable front desk staff, who call when the car is being worked on, and when it's done. They offered a ride, which I didn't need because it's a short walk. When I picked up the car they suggested bringing it in for an oil change, which was not the case, but the error was not their fault; the dealer had recently changed my oil but neglected to replace the little "due" sticker with mileage on the windshield. All in all a very pleasant experience.
